U-Part Wig Construction Service: Terms & Conditions

By paying your deposit and booking this service, you agree to the following:

1. Deposit & Payment Policy

  • Deposit: A $50.00 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your service.

  • Remaining Balance: The balance of $150.00 must be paid in CASH ONLY. This is due at the time of hair drop-off or pickup.

  • Total Price: The total for this service is $200.00.

2. Hair Requirements

  • New Hair Only: All bundles provided must be brand new. We do not accept used or cut tracks.

  • Drop-Off Timeline: Hair must be dropped off at least 5 days in advance of your needed date.

  • Complimentary Wash: A professional wash of your new bundles is included.

3. Sizing & Customization

  • Measurements: You are responsible for providing an accurate head circumference measurement for the sewing machine construction.

  • Fit: We are not responsible for units that do not fit due to incorrect measurements provided by the client.

4. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • 24-Hour Rule: Cancellations or rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours before your scheduled time.

  • Forfeiture: If you cancel within 24 hours or "No-Show," your $50 deposit is forfeited.

  • Communication: All confirmations for drop-off and pickup will be sent via Text Message.

5. Final Sale

  • Due to the custom nature of wig construction, all services are final sale. No refunds will be issued once the deposit is paid or the service is completed.
